At UVM, we don't punch a time clock or work a regular 9-5. We do what we need to do to get the job done. We indeed work hard and play even harder. We don't even get a set amount of paid time off because it's unlimited. That's right! As long as we are performing and getting the job done, we can take off when we want to.
